This toolkit helps people with learning disabilities, carers, carers with learning disabilities, the elderly and anyone else who is thinking
if personalisation is for them. It also looks at how direct payments and personal budgets can be used to help people train, get qualifications and have a job.
As well as the main toolkit, there are 10 handouts which people can work through to help them think about this.
